    In regards to Larvae Kits: Butterfly Wings n' Wishes Ltd will be happy to REPLACE any kits with a high failure rate within the same season. Failure to notify us within 30 days: a credit being applied to your account. Most replacements are done in-season, unless a replacement cannot be completed in time.

    In regards to Live Animal Classroom Presentations: PLEASE NOTE that once you recieve your Invoice your presentation is CONFIRMED. Butterfly Wings n' Wishes Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change dates and times of presentations in the event of a double booking or an emergency. In the event of a cancellation or change on the part of the CUSTOMER, we require 5 business days CONFIRMED notice by contacting our office saff directly. Butterfly Wings n' Wishes Ltd reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% if proper notice is not given in due time.
