Kit #3 requires you to separate the caterpillars. Comes with:

Flight cages for your adult butterflies are sold separately, and are intended to be re-used from year to year.

The project takes 3-4 weeks to complete.

Online orders are NOT final and do not constitute an invoice or a confirmation of order. They stand as purchase orders only. All orders placed online will take 1-4 days for our office to process: they require review by hand due to the delicate nature of what we sell. Do NOT submit invoices generated online for billing. Please keep an eye on your email in the days after you have placed your order, as our office staff will be personally reviewing the online orders, and will send you a second, formal invoice and confirmation for your shipping and/or payment. Once you have received this second email and confirmed it in writing, we will consider your order finalized. Due to the delicate and timely nature of our product, we need to ensure as much accuracy and attention to detail as possible. Thank you for your patience.

A NOTE FOR TEACHERS: If you are associated with a school and need to pay for your order by school credit card, P card, cheque, or direct deposit, we do have an option for you. During checkout, you may select a "print and call" function. Mention to us in the "Special Instructions"  how your school would like to pay, along with your ship date - and once you have received an invoice confirmation from our office (and not just the one  generated by this website), we can move ahead with your facility's payment. Do not submit the online order to your office as it is NOT a formal invoice. 

SHIPPING: Please review your invoice carefully to ensure there are no mistakes in the information we have been given for you. Ensure your order has been translated correctly. Butterfly Wings N' Wishes is not responsible for shipment delay or failure due to incorrect information on the invoice. If an order is delivered to an incorrect location or is returned to us due to these issues, we may charge an adjustment fee in event that your parcel's delivery must be corrected.

Incomplete orders (missing phone numbers, missing physical address, etc) will be cancelled and refunded. PO boxes are not valid addresses.

If you want separate shipping dates you must place separate orders: this is to account for the separate shipping fees that are required. Otherwise, we will default you to a single shipment, though we may follow-up if it is not best for the animals.
