Classroom Presentations are availiable for WEEK DAYS only. For information on booking presentations for evenings and weekends, or for Birthday Parties, please contact our office directly.

All living things utilize adaptations to respond to life's needs in order to survive, hunt, and thrive in a dangerous world. These adaptations may be physical or behavioral. Join us as we explore the weird and wonderful world of creature habits; what they use to defend themselves, and how they trick their predators. We'll bring in a variety of unusual critters to illustrate things like the difference between poison and venom, complex mimicry, signs of danger, and debunk some of the biggest myths about nature's creepiest crawlies. Expect strange and unbelievable invertebrates, frogs that change colour, and more animal facts than you'll be able to remember - all in a safe and educational environment.

This is an excellent presentation for older students as we will be taking a more in-depth look at various animals and the diversity thereof.

Curriculum Programming: Grade 9, "Biological Diversity," High School Life Science programs, and Outdoor Educational Programs

Adaptations for Survival is a higher-concept class and will be appropriate for older students.
